巫山长江大桥，位于长江三峡段的巫峡入口处，是一座钢管中承式拱桥。大桥桥面净宽19米，双向4车道，主跨492米。大桥引道全长7.4千米，路基宽8~12米，为山岭重丘二级路。它被称为“渝东门户桥”、“渝东第一桥”，并创造了多项世界纪录。
